Private homes are situated in the Jesolo district of northern Italy, on plots 1.8 and 1.9, which together total about 7000 square meters. 64 residential apartments with a gross floor space of 5000 m2.

The concept is to build an inner courtyard with a pool as a convenience for the many blocks that come into contact with the pool area. The building exterior is more condensed from the outside in order to protect residents’ privacy from potential plot developments nearby, but it is more open and free on the inside, with balconies facing the pool area. For this project, we used photovoltaic panels to adopt technologies for renewal, energy, and energy consumption.
